A Delighted Soul
Who is the one my soul delights in?
My soul delights in the lover of my soul.
The creator of the universe.
The one who uniquely made me in my mother’s womb.
He is the one who comforts me during times of sorrow.
He calls me worthy even when the world says I’m not.
He is the one who identifies me as a saint and fuels me with unending grace.
He is the one who gives me His eyes so that my heart breaks for what breaks His.
He is holy and worthy.
He blesses me in the most wondrous ways.
